If you plan to bring a guest that is NOT a Clark HS student, please list their first and last name and school name below. All Guests must attend a Plano School. Any non-Clark student guests MUST be approved by the CHS administration, and must be in at least 9th grade. A Homecoming Guest form that you will also need to fill out will be available soon. We will communicate as soon as the guest form is available.
