On the following forms you can join PTSA, offer extra support by making a donation, volunteer, join PTA, purchase spirit wear and school supplies. All purchases can be made by using a debit or credit card through our secure online payment service. If this is your first time logging in for the 2026-2027 school year you must update your Parent Information and Directory Preferences before any forms will appear. Once you have green check marks, you will be presented with all Volunteer and Sales Forms Below.

Homecoming Volunteers 2026
Clark PTSA looking for volunteers to fill shifts to help set up/decorate in advance, sell tickets, be a chaperone, help serve refreshments and clean up for our Saturday, September 19 Homecoming Dance. Please sign up for as many shifts as you like, any shift will be greatly appreciated. Dads are welcome to volunteer as well. We need all the muscle power we can get! Unable to volunteer? Your food items, serving ware and monetary donations will be greatly appreciated. Thank you Wildcats!

Homecoming Tickets and Monetary Donations 9/19/2026
The Homecoming Dance is coming up quickly on Saturday, September 19, 2026! Get your Homecoming Dance Tickets now at the early bird price! Also, we are a volunteer-run, non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization dependent on donations from our community. Please consider making a tax-deductible donation to help make our Homecoming Dance a night to remember! THANK YOU Wildcats!
